Cheese and Spicy Crackers
You will need
- - 140 g of flour;
- - 120 g of butter, hard cheese;
- - 2 tsp of dried onions;
- - 1 teaspoon of ground seeds of stalked celery, sweet paprika;
- - A pinch of chili.
First, take a slice of hard cheese and rub it on a fine grater. Rub the softened butter into the flour with your hands to form a crumb.
Mix together the butter-flour crumbs with grated cheese and spices, knead the dough. Just do not overdo it - crackers get tastier if the dough does not mix for a long time. Clean the dough for half an hour in the fridge to cool.
Roll out the finished dough with a layer of 0.5 cm, cut into arbitrary pieces, bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. You do not need to grease the baking sheet - there is enough oil in the dough itself so that the crackers do not stick.
Remove ready crackers from a baking tray carefully - they are very fragile and brittle when they are hot. At the same time baking is preserved very well, over time, cheese and spicy crackers only get tastier.
You can also cook crackers with egg glaze - for this, beat the egg with a little milk, adding any spices and herbs to your mix to your taste. This glaze is necessary to cover the pieces of dough before sending them into the oven.
