You will need
- - 1 leek stem;
- - 500 g chicken fillet;
- - 70 g carrots;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of dried tomatoes;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of fresh chive;
- - 4 pita cakes;
- - lettuce leaves;
- - 50 g of vegetable oil;
- - 4 tbsp. spoons of mayonnaise;
- - flour for rolling;
- - salt and ground black pepper.
Finely chop the stem of a leek. Melt half the butter in a frying pan and fry the leek in it for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally until the onions are soft. Transfer to a large bowl.
Chop the chicken fillet into pieces, rub the carrots on a coarse grater. Add chopped chicken, grated carrots and tomato paste to the bowl. Season with salt and pepper, mix well. Spread the ready-made mixture on 4 plates in the form of burgers. Sprinkle flour on the plate and roll burgers in it, gently turn it over with a spatula to keep the shape.
Melt the rest of the butter in a frying pan. Put burgers and fry on low heat for 20 minutes, turning once, until they are fried and turn brown on both sides.
Mix mayonnaise and chives.Lightly fry the pita cakes, cut them in half. Before serving, put lettuce leaves and burgers in each tortilla and garnish with chives.
