Fried rice with shrimp

Boil rice. 3-4 minutes fry mashed garlic, shredded celery and peeled shrimps. We make shrimps with vegetables in a bowl with a noisy skimmer in a bowl, and pour slightly beaten eggs into the pan. Stir, kneading the pieces. Add rice, tomato paste, soy sauce and sugar. All mix and warm up. At the end add the shrimp with vegetables. When serving, sprinkle with green onions.
