Liver rolls with mushrooms

You will need:

- veal or beef liver - 0.5 kg;

- champignons - 0.3 kg;

- eggs - 2 pieces;

Next, remove the film and cut the roll into portions, each of which is fastened with a skewer.

Ham rolls with cottage cheese

You will need:

- Ham - 6-8 slices;

- cottage cheese 9% - 200 g;

- mayonnaise - 2 tbsp;

- lemon juice - 1 tbsp;

- Dill and onion greens.

Pour cottage cheese in a deep bowl, add to it finely chopped greens, mayonnaise and lemon juice, mix thoroughly. Ham cut into thin even slices. Each piece is smeared with curd filling and neatly rolled into a roll, wrapped in plastic wrap and sent to the freezer for half an hour. With the cooled rolls remove the film and cut each into 2-3 pieces.

Cheese rolls with carrots in Korean

You will need:

- hard cheese in cutting - 16 pieces;

- Korean carrot - 300 g;

- boiled eggs 3 pieces;

- cream - 3 tbsp;

- Dill greens;

- mustard, salt, pepper - to taste.

Eggs, garlic, cream and half of Korean carrots are ground in a blender, add salt, pepper, mustard and mix until smooth. The resulting filling we grease the slices of cheese, put 2-3 strips of whole carrots on one edge and gently fold them into a roll. Before serving, cool and decorate with greens.
