Wash the courgettes, peel them, and cut into cubes. Peel the onions and cut into rings. Cut the tomatoes into rings and chop the garlic. Pour oil into the slow cooker, add onions, zucchini and fry in Baking mode for 10 minutes. Vegetables need to constantly stir.

Then put in a slow cooker tomatoes, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper and cook in a similar mode for another 5 minutes. Now you can add sour cream or mayonnaise to the dish.Simmer the vegetables for another 10 minutes, and you can serve.

Stewed zucchini in Finnish

  • 30 ml of mayonnaise;
  • 150 grams of cheese;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • 10 ml of vegetable oil;
  • greens, salt, pepper - to taste.

Thaw the fish, wash it, clean it and cut it into portions. Put the pan on the fire, pour oil into it, roll the fish in flour and fry it from all sides until golden brown. After that, remove the pieces on the plate, wait until they cool, separate them and remove the big bones.

Now it's zucchini. Wash them and slice them. Their thickness should be about half a centimeter. Then chop the garlic and add it to the mayonnaise, mix well. Spread this mass zucchini. After that, put in each layer half a piece of fish and roll up the roll. Secure with a toothpick. Grease the bottom of the multicooker, put the rolls and set the "Baking" mode for 15 minutes. Then sprinkle the cheese rolls and garnish with greens.The dish is ready, it can be served at the table.
