Travelers often have a question: how to get to Kazakhstan? Today there are no problems with this, there are many different ways.
Kazakhstan has many rail routes with many states, such as Russia, Ukraine, China, Belarus. In two and a half days, Astana can be reached by train No. 072 from the capital of Russia - Moscow.
If there is a desire and more free time, then you can save on the road by reaching the destination with a transfer: first to Kurgan or another point located closer to the border of the country, and then, transfer to another train, to Astana. This is due to the fact that international travel is more expensive than long-distance travel within the country.

The length of the journey from Moscow will be 3000 km along the M-5 highway to Chelyabinsk, and then along the M-51 straight to the Russian-Kazakhstan border. In Kazakhstan, the road will follow through Petropavlovsk, Kokshetau, then along the Shchukinsk-Astana highway to the capital itself.
