How to keep a teenager healthy

Do not forget about physical exertion - swimming and physical education preserves wellhealthteenagers. A good solution would be to write your child to the pool. Maybe a teenager will want to do another sport, then give him that. Perhaps he prefers to play tennis or perform high jumps. Thanks to physical education, the state of health of children will only strengthen, and the organs and muscles will develop rapidly. Encourage adolescent children for their sporting efforts.
Provide timely vaccination to prevent viral diseases. Flu vaccination is best done 2 months before the winter period. Air regularly in the children's room and humidify the air using a special humidifier.
