How to make a hamburger?
Many of us are very fond of food from the famous McDonald's. Even though it is very difficult to call it useful. Rather, on the contrary, well-known fast food dishes do more harm to our health than good. - warm water (375 grams);
- milk (125 grams);

- salt (2 pinches);
- margarine or butter (3 tablespoons);
- flour (seven 250-gram glasses);
First, the yeast must be diluted in warm water (36 degrees). Next, bring the milk to the boil and pour it into a bowl with sugar, salt and butter (margarine).Mix everything thoroughly until the butter has melted. After that, pour the resulting yeast solution into a bowl. All mix, gradually adding 6 cups of flour. When the dough becomes heavy for stirring, pour it on the table and knead for 5-8 minutes. To the dough is not sticky, use the last glass of flour for hands and a table. Then we grease it with vegetable oil and put it back in a bowl. We cover it with a blanket and set for an hour in order for the dough to "fit."
Next, the dough is removed and cut into 18 balls, from which the buns are then molded. After that, they are laid out on a baking sheet, smearing it with oil beforehand. Next, a baking sheet with rolls covered with a towel. In this form, everything remains for an hour. Then the buns are greased with milk, sprinkled with sesame and put in the oven, heated to 200 degrees.
After the buns have gained rudiness, the cooking of the burgers begins. To create five meatballs, we need a pound of beef, an egg, 5 tbsp. tablespoons of breadcrumbs, 1 tsp. oregano, black ground pepper, 1 tsp. of coriander, 1 tsp. cumin, salt and vegetable oil for frying.
First you need to wash the pulp of beef and grind it using a meat grinder. After that add the egg, crackers and mix it all. Next, put the spices and salt. Mix all until smooth. Then hands moistened with water, divide the stuffing into five parts. Fry the resulting patties, patties on both sides in vegetable oil for 8-10 minutes.

To do this, cut the bun along and grease both halves with mayonnaise. Next, put a leaf of lettuce, thin slices of tomatoes, cucumbers and cutlet.
