How to remove a headache
Some essential oils are good for headaches. You can rub 2-3 drops of peppermint oil in the temporal region, neck (back) and forehead.
Foot mustard will help to ease the headache. Fill a small container with hot water and add 2 tablespoons of mustard powder. Feet steam for 5-7 minutes, then rinse them under lightly warm water.
