Meat bread for a large company: an unusual presentation - excellent result

No man lives by bread alone. Still, it is bread that is always at the head of the table. Try to surprise the guests with an unusual dish of chicken, which looks like a loaf of bread, or offer them to eat beef in a wine sauce, also shaped as a bread brick.

To make chicken bread you will need:

  • chicken breast - 4 kg;
  • cheese - 500 g;
  • ham - 500 g;
  • 2-3 glasses of flour;
  • eggs - 8 pcs .;
  • salt and pepper to taste;
  • breadcrumbs;
  • vegetable oil for roasting.

Chop chicken breasts across the fibers and discourage. We put the broken pieces in pairs in pre-cooked trays of the same size, pre-covering them with cling film.

In each of the trays are laid on the layer of cheese and ham and close the layer protruding edges chops on the principle of an envelope. Salt, pepper and stack the next layers of fillet and fillings. Repeat until the meat ends.

After combining the trays, combine their contents in one pile, tightly wrap and send in the freezer for 2 hours.

Frozen meat brick is rolled down first in flour, then in egg and in breadcrumbs. Slightly fry from all sides and send to the oven preheated to 140 ° C for 1 hour.

As soon as the chicken bread is slightly cooled, you can start cutting.

Layered Beef Bread

The principle of preparation of this dish is largely similar to the previous one. Serve this bread better with garnish and gravy.

For the preparation of meat bread will need:

  • beef pulp - approximately 10 layers;
  • mustard - 5 tbsp. l .;
  • slices of bacon for the layer;
  • onion - 5-7;
  • pickled cucumbers - 200 g;
  • salt and pepper to taste;
  • vegetable oil for roasting.

The sequence of layers inside the meat envelopes: mustard, bacon, onion rings, cucumber circles.

To form a loaf, it is enough to use the twine and tightly tie a stack of meat envelopes, then lightly fry the loaf in vegetable oil and set it aside.

For garnish with gravy:

  • red onion, celery and leek - 150 g;
  • carrots - 200 g;
  • tomato paste - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • red wine - 300 ml;
  • vegetable broth - 1 l;
  • vegetable oil;
  • mushrooms - at will.

In a deep baking tray let's cut the diced vegetables, add 1 liter of water, tomato paste, wine and bring to a boil. We place here the roasted meat bread and send it to the oven preheated to 160 ° C for 2.5 hours.
