Where is Bugulma? Bugulma is a city in the south-eastern part of the Republic of Tatarstan, located in the area of the Shugurovsky two-tier elevated plateau, where the river Zai originates, belonging to the Volga basin.
Bugulma is a large center in which industrial and scientific spheres are especially developed. There are three city-forming enterprises of the city, associated mainly with the oil industry. In addition, many enterprises of the light, food and construction industries operate in Bugulma.
